Morning Yoga Practice at Osho Afroz
Morning Yoga Classes starting again Monday 29th September!
Join in for a calm yet dynamic practice focusing on breath and slow movement to gently awaken your body.
Twice a week the practice is more dynamic, keeping the MINDFUL FLOW (Monday & Friday) of breathing and movement in the focus. Through movement we connect inward and at the same time stay present in the moment and connected to our environment. This practice offers both seasoned and new practitioners the opportunity to built up energy and strength in a gentle, heartfelt way.
Once a week a SOFT & SLOW (Monday and Friday) practice will give us the time to enter a enter a quieter, more meditative space. And as the world outside us quietens, we can finally start to listen. Listen to our bodies talking to us, listen to the subtle messages stored in our physical beings, and by listening accept what and who we are so we can let go on a deeper level. This practice is an opportunity for seasoned yogis to explore their patterns of practice in more detail and for new yogis to take the first steps toward exploring yoga.
